—   WEEK ii.   —

Having difficult conversations

Practice the conversations you've been putting off — with your partner, your boss, your father, yourself.

Men supporting each other through a hard moment
ii.

Most of the conversations that would change a man's life this year are the ones he's already rehearsed in the shower for the last three. Week two is for those.

What we work on

  • The conversation you keep starting in your head and never finishing in real life.
  • How to lead a hard conversation without it turning into a fight or a confession.
  • What to do when the other person doesn't respond the way you hoped — and how to stay in it anyway.
  • Saying no, asking for what you need, naming a boundary — without explaining yourself for ten minutes first.

How we practise

Pairs and small groups. Real scripts, real role-plays, real feedback. Not a worksheet about “assertive communication.”

One difficult conversation booked in your calendar before next Tuesday — and the words you're going to use to start it.
