—   WEEK iv.   —

Having a sense of purpose

Reconnect with what actually matters to you — and the reason you get up tomorrow.

By the final week, the room is different. People speak more, listen better, and the silence isn't awkward any more. That's the conditions under which you can talk about purpose without it sounding like a TED talk.

What we work on

  • What you'd be doing differently if you knew nobody was watching — and what that tells you.
  • The difference between a goal (a thing to tick off) and a direction (a way to spend the next ten years).
  • How the people in your life — partner, kids, parents, friends, colleagues — fit into that direction, instead of competing with it.
  • The honest, un-glamorous next step. Not the five-year vision board.

Leaving the room with

A clearer sentence about what matters most right now, the next concrete move toward it, and a group of men who'll ask you about it in three months whether you want them to or not.
